Scottish SMEs looking to adopt artificial intelligence may currently be eligible for support through the Scottish Enterprise AI Adoption Grant. The programme offers grants of £2,500 to £25,000, covering up to 50% of eligible project costs, for qualifying AI adoption projects. It is open to businesses based in the Scottish Enterprise area: Aberdeen City and Shire, the east of Scotland, Tayside and the west of Scotland.

The grant can cover up to 50% (£5,000), and your engineer's time can count as your in-kind share. That means the project could need no cash from you. Other robot types are priced individually, and eligible costs are always confirmed by Scottish Enterprise.
